MSP Agenda was founded by Luis Navarro, an entrepreneur who spent more than fifteen years in the managed services industry — building, growing and successfully exiting his own MSP before turning to the commercial systems that made that exit possible.
The founder's story
In 2008, Luis co-founded Totality Services, a London-based managed IT services business, and helped grow it from the ground up. His background was sales, marketing and customer relationships rather than engineering, which shaped a particular skill: translating complex IT concepts into straightforward commercial conversations that clients could understand and act on.
Under his leadership, Totality Services grew into an established MSP with offices in London and Johannesburg, serving more than 150 organisations with a team of around 45 people. In 2025, Totality Services was acquired by Lyra Group — a successful exit, and the start of Luis's next chapter as an entrepreneur.
Why MSP Agenda exists
Running Totality taught Luis a lesson most MSP owners recognise: growth stalls for commercial reasons more often than technical ones. Consistently reviewing a client's position, communicating risk and opportunity in plain English, demonstrating value, and turning identified gaps into approved projects and recurring services is hard to do ad hoc — and almost impossible to scale on instinct alone.
MSP Agenda was created to systematise that. The frameworks on this site — prospect qualification, account expansion, exit readiness — are the disciplines Luis wishes he had formalised earlier in his own business:
- Consistency beats heroics. A qualification scorecard every salesperson uses is worth more than one rainmaker's instinct.
- Expansion beats acquisition. Growing existing accounts is usually cheaper and more defensible than constant new-logo hunting.
- Exit readiness is built early. The multiple is decided two to three years before the sale, not in the month before the broker's visit.
How we talk about results
We do not publish figures we cannot evidence. Where a number belongs on this site and has not been verified yet, it appears as a marked placeholder rather than a plausible-looking estimate.
