Who we are
MSP Agenda operates this website. Formal legal-entity, registered-office and privacy-contact details are not currently published. Until they are, do not use the website to submit confidential, sensitive or client-identifiable information.
Data we collect
- Information you give us in a form: name, work email, company and the details you choose to add.
- Information created by using the platform: account details, prospect scores, account plans and growth content entered by your team.
- Technical information needed to serve and protect the website may be processed by the hosting service. No analytics measurement ID is currently configured by MSP Agenda.
Why we use it
Information entered into the current demo, contact, newsletter and resource forms is validated in the browser but is not transmitted or stored. The consent cookie is used to remember the choice you request. If form delivery or analytics is enabled later, this notice must be updated before that processing begins.

Sharing
MSP Agenda does not currently send form submissions to a mailbox, CRM or mailing provider. The hosting service necessarily processes requests needed to deliver the website. No further sub-processor or international-transfer claim is made here.
Retention
The consent cookie lasts for up to 180 days unless you delete it sooner. The current site does not retain form submissions. Hosting logs, if created by the hosting service, are governed by that provider's operational settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. A verified request channel must be published before the site begins collecting personal data. Applicable law determines the response period and any exceptions.
Complaints
You may complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location. If you are in the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes are published on this page and reflected in the updated date above. Material changes affecting an active service should also be communicated through that service.
