What the directory covers
The MSP Agenda directory lists managed service providers and IT services companies across the United States. It is built for MSP owners, buyers and advisers who want a quick view of who operates where, how they present themselves, and how their clients rate them.
You can browse MSPs by state, by city, by category, by the platform their website runs on, by rating band, or alphabetically by company name.
How listings are compiled
Each listing is compiled from publicly available business information: the company's name, address, website, public contact details, category and public review data. Companies with several branches appear once per location, and each location links to its sister listings.
Reading the data
Ratings and review counts are shown as of the date stated beside them; they are a snapshot, not a live feed, and a company with few reviews can swing sharply either way. Revenue is shown as a broad band rather than a precise figure, because it is an estimate.
Categories and website platforms are assigned from each company's public presence, so they describe how a company presents itself rather than every service it offers.
